Well, Robusta coffee beans are packed with a powerhouse of anti-oxidants and antibacterial properties which help fight free radicals and repair UV damage. 

Robusta beans also contain almost twice the amount of caffeine compared to the standard Arabica coffee beans, meaning twice the natural scrubbing power working on your skin. Why should I Get Scrubbed?

Well, as we’re sure you’ve seen, we only use the finest ingredients and ONLY 100% Robusta coffee beans in ALL our scrubs. They’ll be no sneaking in any Arabica beans in any new releases!

Our skin is the largest organ so we need to take care of it. Getting Scrubbed ensures that all that dead skin is lifted right off allowing all the natural ingredients to do their magical work. It will make your skin softer, smoother, brighter, hydrated, supple and appear more younger. Our targeted ingredients will also help fight an array of skin ailments like eczema, psoriasis, rosea, dry skin, stretch marks, cellulite and scars.

How often should I scrub

Depending on what you are using your scrub for, we recommend around 3-4 times a week. If your skin is a little more delicate, go a little easier and only go for twice a week. You know your skin more than anybody, so you do what you feel is working best for you.

Where shall I keep my scrub?

Thanks to my super cool packaging, you can wash me off, clean me up and dry me off, so I’m nice and easy to look after.
We really recommend that you keep your scrubs in a cool dark place, the favourite being the shelf of the fridge, it wont take up too much room and it likes hanging out in there!

How long should I expect my delivery to take?

Everything is made to order which we aim to do the same day, your scrub will then be shipped through Royal Mail First Class Signed for Shipping – 1 to 2 Business Days

Am I able to cancel or change my order?

Unfortunately, once your order is placed with us, you are unable to change or cancel your order with us.

A date for delivery of goods stated by us is intended as an estimate only and is not a contractual commitment, however we will always do our absolute best to meet our estimated delivery dates.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by the customer (or any other persons) for failure to meet the estimated delivery date. We reserve the right to amend delivery methods without notice.

Get Scrubbed will not be responsible for any postal delays, whether it be for example COVID-19 or exceptionally busy seasons of the year such as Black Friday and Christmas.


Can I return my scrub?

Any scrub can be returned for a refund within 28 days of purchase.

To be able to receive a refund, the product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with no damage, rips or tears, it must also be in the original packaging. 

The cost of returning your product back to us is your responsibility and is non-refundable.

How shall I return my scrub?

We strongly advise that you return your scrub through the Royal Mail recorded delivery service and obtain tracking number from the Post Office.

We can only take responsibility for the return once it has reached us.

How long will my refund take?

When we have received your return we will notify you once it has been processed and approved via your email. We will then process your refund through the original payment method.

Can I exchange my scrub?

If you wish to exchange your product, you will have to re-order the product you require as normal through our website. Please return the unwanted scrub to us in the same condition as you received it, with no damage, rips or tears and also in the original packaging and we will process your refund.

We can only take responsibility for the return once it has reached us.

By placing an order with Get Scrubbed, the customer is acknowledging, understanding and agreeing to all our policies which include delivery, returns and any other policies that apply once an order is placed. It is the responsibility of the customer to inform themselves of any and all policies before placing an order with us. All orders are subject to availability of the goods and confirmation of the correct order price.

When ordering and entering a contract with Get Scrubbed, the customer must be over 18 years of age and possess a valid credit/debit card or PayPal account issued by a bank acceptable to Get Scrubbed. We reserve the right to accept or reject an order for any reason at any time. When placing an order the customer undertakes that all details provided to Get Scrubbed are true and accurate, that the customer is the named account holder of the credit/debit card or PayPal account used to place the order and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the entirety of the order.

Get Scrubbed reserve the right to hold and/or refuse an order of pending credit card verification.

We reserve the right to change or alter the prices of goods on our website without notice to the customer. Where there is a technical error, we reserve the right to amend this error and cancel any orders impacted by this pricing error.
